Günümüzün en önemli konusu haline gelen saglik, çalisma hayati ile çok yakin bir iliski içindedir. Saglik sorunlari sebebi ile alinan raporlar ortaya devamsizliklarin çikmasina sebep olmakta ve bu durum da isyerinde isin yürütümünü olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Bu durumda isverenler isçilerin is sözlesmelerini saglik sebeplerine dayanarak feshetme yolunu tercih etmektedirler. Çalismamizda isçilerin is sözlesmelerinin saglik sorunlari sebebi ile alinan raporlar sonucu ortaya devamsizliklar ve sonrasindaki performans düsüklükleri sebebiyle isverence feshedilmesi konusu incelenmistir.

Health, which has become the most important issue of today, is in a very close relationship with working life. Reports received due to health problems cause absenteeism and this situation negatively affects the execution of the work in the workplace. In this case, employers prefer to terminate their employment contracts based on health reasons. In our study, the issue of termination of labor contracts by the employer due to absenteeism and subsequent performance decline as a result of reports received due to health problems was examined.
